Famous Brands pulls plug on Gourmet Burger Kitchen

Famous Brands said on Thursday it had decided not to provide any further financial support to its UK-based unit Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK).

“Accordingly, the board of GBK will consider the options available to the business,” Famous Brands’ statement said, after stating that the board had reviewed its investment and opted against further financial assistance.
