Business strategy lecturer at the Wits Business School. With a PhD in Organisational Development and Diversity Management, Dr Vilakazi will share CX trends and case studies.

Currently pursuing a Masters in Economics through the University of London, with a focus on post-cash markets Williams will focus on the exciting field of South African digital data-based alternative currencies, personal data as a future currency, and more.

And lastly, putting the hero in Herotel, Alan Knott-Craig, who has personally invested or funded 21 tech companies, been named 2009 Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum as well as the 2015 ICT Personality of the Year by ITWeb, and one of eleven entrepreneurs changing the African landscape by Entrepreneur Magazine in 2017, will speak on how 4IR will bring enormous benefits to Africa – jobs, education, healthcare – boosted by data, the information revolution and how Africa must find its own path.
