CBRE Excellerate Facilities Management wins at MPR Africa Awards for second consecutive year
CBRE Excellerate’s Facilities Management Division has been awarded the Silver Arrow Award for the second consecutive year, at this year’s PMR.africa Awards ceremony held on 5 August at The Royal Johannesburg Golf Club in Johannesburg.

Every year, PMR.africa conducts a national survey on external facilities management companies whereby they are evaluated across 19 attributes. These attributes cover many different areas essential to effective facilities management including, but not limited to: customer service and the ability to understand and deliver on the client’s needs, communication, professionalism and systems and processes.
