Excellerate Facilities Management wins at PMR.africa Awards
Excellerate Facilities Management, a division of Cushman & Wakefield Excellerate, was awarded the Silver Arrow Award for Facilities Management at the PMR.africa Awards ceremony held on 21 September at The Maslow Hotel in Sandton, Johannesburg.

PMR.africa conducts an annual national survey on external facilities management companies whereby respondents are asked to rate the companies across 19 attributes. These attributes cover many different areas including, but not limited to: customer service and the ability to understand and deliver on the client’s needs, communication, professionalism and systems and processes.
“I am extremely proud of the Facilities Management and Precinct teams – they are the reason we have received this recognition of excellence. It is due to the collective effort and sacrifices made by all to ensure we deliver the best service possible for our customers,” says Nevine Lalloo, General Manager at Excellerate Facilities Management.
