Excellerate Services Parking Solutions, SmartPark, uniquely addresses the challenges of traditional parking revenue management, making for improved risk mitigation and greater accuracy and efficiency within “Pay on Foot” sites.

SmartPark is a secure cloud-based software application which validates pertinent data captured at site level, has an automatic revenue and ticket reconciling function and a platform to monitor and track safe reconciliations, floats and other monetary values. The system provides automated, transparent reporting allowing for easy management of risk areas like revenue, missing tickets and barrier openings. It directly interfaces with ERP systems to deliver automated cash book reconciliations. It also provides tightly controlled security, integrated into other business system such as Active Directory to ensure that it can be only be accessed by authorised staff members. In addition, all system usage is tracked against registered users providing full visibility regarding staff performance.
