MARKET WRAP: JSE marginally weaker, with focus on Fed meeting

The JSE closed marginally firmer on Tuesday, with global peers mixed as investors braced for the Federal Reserve (Fed) decision on Wednesday and corporate earnings from the two mega-cap technology companies.

The federal open market committee (FOMC) is generally expected to keep interest rates steady when it concludes its first two-day meeting for the year on Wednesday.
