UIF tweaks online platform, makes more information available

The Unemployment Insurance Fund, which is helping employers who are struggling financially through the Covid-19 crisis to pay salaries, has tweaked its systems to make more information available on its online platform.
The Unemployment Insurance Fund, which is helping employers who are struggling financially through the Covid-19 crisis to pay salaries, has tweaked its systems to make more information available on its online platform.
Employers, employees and organised labour will now be able to see which companies have been paid.
This was due to a number of queries where workers had been unable to determine if their companies have applied for, and received payment on their behalf from the Department of Employment and Labour COVID-19 TERS scheme.
