Brian Molefe and Anoj Singh appear in court

Brian Molefe and Anoj Singh are appearing in court currently (Monday, 29 August) on state capture-related charges linked to their time as group executives at ports and logistics giant Transnet.

Their appearance in a Johannesburg court was confirmed to Moneyweb by National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) Investigating Directorate spokesperson Sindisiwe Seboka.

In a brief messaged response Seboka said Molefe, the former Group CEO of Transnet, and Singh, the group’s CFO were “appearing in court currently”.

Also appearing with them were Regiments Capital directors Niven Pillay and Litha Nyhonhya.
