Computicket founder Percy Tucker passes away

The founder of Computicket Percival “Percy” Tucker has died of COVID-19 related complications in Cape Town. He was 92.

He founded the electronic theatre booking system 50 years ago and claimed it was the first of its kind in the world.

Tucker says he wanted to create a one-stop showbiz shopping experience for his customers.
