Old Mutual, Moyo legal scuffle back in court

Old Mutual and its former CEO Peter Moyo will be back in court on Wednesday morning.

This time, the insurance company is hoping to get an earlier High court judgment which ordered that Moyo be reinstated to be thrown out.

The legal battle between the company and Moyo has been going on for six months.

It has affected the group’s share price, with 17% wiped off and has caused shareholders to lose billions of rands.
