South Africa’s February credit growth slows to 2.62% y/y

Growth in private sector credit in South Africa slowed to 2.62% year on year in February from 3.26% in January, central bank data showed on Tuesday.

Expansion in the broadly defined M3 measure of money supply also fell, to 7.48% in February from 9.15% the previous month.
